María José and Reginleiv

Reginleiv was started a few years ago. Its founding members were magical girls that, jaded and disappointed by the state of the world and the many evils of mankind, believed the best course of action was to start civilization from scratch and make sure humans didn't go through the same mistakes again.

To that end, their goal is to find girls with a great enough potential and make them wish to pour it on a single person, who would then wish for enough power to glass the world. After this, the chosen would enter a period of lethargy and, together with what few members survive, would lead humans through the path of righteousness.

They are scattered all over the world, performing various covert activities to cause disarray and chaos, while looking for people who agree with their ideals to drag them into their fold.
