Deleted several old or outdated forums. Saved the contents to their respective creator.

Example: GUP Forum deleted, dropped all GUP stuff into the private forum of whoever created the post. Like Reiko is now in Octie's Idea Dump.

Edit: Reworked forum permissions for each section, got rid of the highly annoying weird spaces at the forum section titles (There was an invisible linebreak code in the forum descriptions that everyone missed).
