Personal History:
Cydrick sent his first daughter to Adrila for training in knight-hood, finding much in the way of merits in the way Adrila's military might has evolved in the past few years. In order to ensure their good relations, Talia's conditions are also those of a political hostage, liable to be executed should relationship between the two nations grow sour. Something the young lady was well aware of when she arrived in Spear Keep. She's been subject to harsher training conditions given she is not an Adrilan native nor of the same make as Adrilans. One way or another, the girl prevailed in her many trials over the years and successfully acquired the rank of Knight. During her service, she acquired a certain appreciation for axes and their brand of choppy murder, finding them to be a more efficient tool of slaughter when regarding many monsters and people alike due to the sheer amounts of damage they could inflict in her hands. A worrying letter from her father did arrive at her door however, informing Talia of her younger brother's disappearance following the destruction of the focus point in Ivellea. Last sighted near some elven ruins, the aspiring archeologist vanished without a trace. After a particularly heartfelt confession regarding family values, she was given leave by her commander in Spear Keep to resolve this matter, in spite of it violating the conditions of her stay in Adrila as a hostage. No formal notice was given of her departure.
Arms and armour:
Talia's armored dress is somewhat fashioned in the style of the Queen of the Grey Marshes, offering both beauty and protection packaged in one effective barrier against most forms of physical attack. Though her training was more than sufficient, the heavy armor does weigh her down in battle somewhat, restricting certain feats of mobility. Though nothing that would impede her from slicing the head of her opponents in one fell swoop. And to that end, Talia carries both a long-necked axe and a pair of short-necked axes to assist her in the dismantling of her foes one limb at a time. As well as that, the woman carries a massive shield that is often relegated to protecting her back from unexpected blows and treacherous arrows or crossbow bolts. It does not see much use in combat beyond this.
Magic affinity:
Being of Ivellean descent, she has had the opportunity to both study and foster her magical talent across her childhood. This lends itself well for whenever she needs just a little bit of aid in doing away with a foe. Having been taught that ranged combat is for "cheese-fingered wankers" however, Talia has never considered firing off a magical projectile. Instead, her talents are most commonly utilized in order to get her within striking range of an opponent. Beyond that, they have a particular use in one of her hobbies...
Trivia:

Brief Family History:
- Spoiler:
- General Cydrick of Ivellea is rather famous among his countrymen for being a more impulsive individual than most. Such impulse led him lending his aid to the rebellion in Adrila all those years back, riding into the country of his own volition with a small army to lend aid to its future King. When questioned about this, the man merely remarked something idealistic regarding strength, perseverance and charismatic character, being inspired by the blacksmith-led movement. This response was subject to some scrutiny, but the family ultimately did not suffer much for it beyond having to pay reparations to a few families for the men they lost. While he never formally exchanged words with Arrendal in person, the General maintained contact with Adrila through letters, typically regarding subjects of cultural exchanges and training drills that have seen some success.
