--Personal data--
THELAIREL YDRESAR
Xenos species : Eldar
Origins : Craftworld Saim-Hann
Birthyear : 553.M36
Status : [CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. CONTACT INQUISITOR TO ACCESS.]
Strategic importance: Negligible. Low value to Eldar outside Saim-Hann craftworld.

--Former engagements--
Last encountered in battle against Imperial forces during the War on Dellerax in 860.M41.
Frequently seen riding a jetbike.
Several Imperial Sentinels were crippled in swift attacks.
Disappeared from Dellerax before Battle of the Iron Storm met its conclusion.

--Accounts by witnesses--
Imperial citizen Ornus Redram of Planet Hilarion, Calixis Sector, Segmentum Obscurus, reported to local authorities in the year 902.M41:
"A very strange warrior took part in the recent tournament held in honour of our Emperor. A woman, clearly, her lithe frame suggested so, and clad in red, highly advanced armour, too, appeared out of nowhere - certainly none of those I spoke with knew of her. Her motions were as though in a blur, too fast for the eyes to follow, but she fought honourably and killed none of her foes on her way to victory. Beg your pardon, m'lord, but rumours say she was one of the angels of death, come to test our best fighters!"

While this does not confirm that the xeno actually did infiltrate an Imperial agri-world and most heretically participated in a tournament dedicated to our Emperor - even having the audacity to trick the unschooled, but faithful locals into believing a filthy xeno could possibly be a member of the Adeptus Astartes - there is evidence supporting that the xeno Thelairel did indeed appear on Hilarion - other reports from the planet in the same year indicates the xeno was riding its jetbike at full speed across the planet's flat agricultural areas at night, snuck into cities wearing typical Eldar civilian clothing, and during the final days of its stay on Hilarion went as far as to challenge a lordling of a noble house to a duel, which the xeno easily won. The xeno then stole the lordling's weapon and disappeared; no further records from the planet speak of its presence, though many later myths and mysterious events were attributed to the xeno, which made quite a name for itself on the planet. Its purpose on Hilarion is yet unknown; some battle-brothers in the Deathwatch have suggested the xeno simply went there for adventure.

--Physical description--
The xeno Thelairel is commonly wearing armour as normally worn by the Howling Banshee 'aspect warrior', in the bright red colours of the Saim-Hann craftworld. It is the female variant of the Eldar species, and can be recognised by its long, black hair and very pale irises. Further, the xeno's face is characterised by a small mouth with full lips, a curvy nose, and eyebrows that naturally angle towards the nose, giving it a confident, almost intrepid expression. Its eyes are notably wider than those of most eldar, appearing almost human - no doubt a vital asset for blending into Imperial societies. In addition, it carries some rather unusual pieces of equipment - the xeno appears to have crafted a pair of goggles by model of those worn by Imperial Guardsmen, and has been spotted riding its jetbike wearing these rather than the helm normally worn by banshees. The xeno also keeps a sheath for its powersword, modelled after those found on feudal worlds.

--Points of advice--
The xeno Thelairel is believed to be harmless if brought off its jetbike and disarmed. Behaviour observed in the past century indicates curiosity towards Imperial culture rather than outright hostility, even if the xeno does not hesitate to attack Imperial citizens if threatened. It is strongly advised to prevent the xeno from returning to its craftworld by any means necessary, as its extensive knowledge of Imperial culture may do great harm upon the Imperium. As such, the xeno is a low-priority target, as no greater purpose seems to dictate its behaviour.
